Shah Sports is committed to 100% satisfaction, we guarantee it. If you feel you are not satisfied with the purchase from Shah Sports, you can return it on or before 30 days after the date of purchase for a refund.
Return Instructions:
• Items(s) must be unused, unworn, in brand new condition with original box or packaging and tags.
• Drop off parcel at your local post office within 30 days of receiving your order. The purchaser will pay return postage.
• Once the returned merchandise is received, we will credit your original form of payment. Refunds will be credited for the purchase price along with any applicable taxes. Please allow 2-10 business days after receipt of your package to process your refund and for the credit to reflect on your account statement.
Cricket Bat Warranty:
• The lifespan of a willow depends on the usage and how well it’s taken care of.
• It’s not always the case, that the more expensive the willow, the greater the longevity.
• Some willows may require different time for bat preparation depending on the willows. Knocking time is just a general guide and sometimes it doesn’t mean that if you have completed the hours, that your bat is match ready, for instance, once the bat preparation has been followed and knocked properly for, the willow still might not be match ready.
• Once purchased and upon usage, a willow can never look new and crack may appear.
• During the bat preparation especially in the machine knocking process, cracks might appear and do not resemble a fault or defect on the willow.
• A small crack is normal and doesn’t affect the performance of the willow. A small crack can usually be sanded out and have been appearing on willows for a long time.
• Having the toe-guard and fibre-tech tape glued on the willow is highly recommended to avoid any major crack on the willow.
On what circumstances, the bat warranty does not cover?
• Any cracks or damage on the willow while being knocked in the machine.
• Lack of toe guard or fibre-tech tape on the willow that will affect the maintenance of the bat.
• Any damage or cracks due to heat (left in car boot or exposed in direct sunlight) or due to moisture (exposed in wet weather).
• Any cracks or damage on the toe or edge of the willow.
• Any cracks or damage occurred due to lack of proper oiling and knocking (every willow needs a proper time to prepare the bat before it is ready to play, inadequate preparation will result in damage).
• Any cracks or damage while using non-leather (bowling machine balls).
• Banging the willow other than cricket balls (for example, throwing the bat on the ground or hitting the stumps, etc.).
Warranty Terms and Conditions- Other items:
If you are not happy with the product(s) purchased, you can simple choose a refund or exchange with any item(s) from 30 days of the purchase. The following are the conditions:
• The product is significantly different from the website.
• Isn’t doing what’s supposed to as advised.
• Is not safe.
If the issue of any product is minor, we will have the item repaired.
